The property was well equipped, clean with a thorough file on the property and how to use everything available. Dog friendly and being ground floor made access easy. "This has a lovely view of the harbour and is great if you just want somewhere to make a coffee and use as a base between adventures. "The view of the harbour could not be appreciated as it is a ground floor apartment, curtains had to be pulled for privacy. The entrance door and area both inside and out were dirty. Radio show in pics had no batteries in! Door knob missing on kitchen door. When people were moving about on 1st floor there was lots of noise, possibily because it wasn't converted with good insulation?"
