It was my first time at this property, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It wasn't super busy since we came on a Sunday night, which was nice. It kind of reminded me of Silverwood with its little nooks and crannies of shops and dining/drink options, and the grounds were lovely to walk through.
The bathrooms are at the end of the hall in a lounge with three separate private shower/sink/toilet rooms (at least on the floor I stayed on). With the amount of times I use the bathroom at night, and with how much I drank while I was there, having to leave my room and walk down to the bathroom was a little hard to manage, but I would just stay in a room closer to them next time.
The only food we had was in a bar without a real kitchen, but we were a few drinks in by then and didn't really mind the fact that our nachos were cold. The drinks were delicious, and we had several of them.
The soaking tub was my (and I'm sure everyone's) favorite part. It was nice and warm and there was plenty of space to spread out and have a little privacy. There is a bar at. The grotto pool and also a water station and bathrooms, so you could really hang out there for hours if you wanted to.
It was a great stay, and I wish we had done the room service breakfast the next morning that you put your order out the night before for. Also I recommend putting your do not disturb sign up, because housekeeping came in at 8 and woke us up.
