"The hotel was nice, and the room was clean with no bad odour. The only annoying thing was the A/C which was very noisy. The location was nice and relatively quiet. We also the liked the continental breakfast which exceeded our expectations."

"Tay Inn was what they advertised, clean and comfortable. We stayed one night and felt rested in the morning. We loved the real coffee cups, glasses and spoons. Heating worked well. Even the microwave used."

"Our third time here over the last couple years. It is our “go to” place in Westport after trying a couple places. We arrive by small boat (18’) and can dock there for free when a room is booked. Great location for walking around town. They serve a continental breakfast but we always go find a local place for a hot brekky. They have a good supper and drinks menu, lots of live entertainment, but you can always walk to a local restaurant in town as well. It’s a very nice community and very safe to walk all around, day or night."
