I could write a lengthy article on what is wrong with this property. Their reservation process is a mess, multiple clip boards in this computer age WHAT!? No elevator so this elderly couple had to climb stairs more than necessary, keys didn’t stay programmed and had to be reprogrammed daily (see previous comment above), I could’ve slept on the road for all the noise it made in my room. Bed hard as a rock. Garbage pillows with crunchy pieces of foam inside, they didn’t make up the bed except for the very last night, towels threadbare, stained and very small with no absorbency. Promised to move us when a room became available on the first floor even had us repack so they could do that - never happened. Breakfast- HAH! Maybe if you’re five years old it counts, fruit loops and undercooked pancakes. Security, the slap lock on the door would pop open every time someone closed a door nearby…don’t stay here yes it’s less expensive but you get what you pay for. As I said I could go on but why bother you get the picture.
