Staff were very friendly, and check in process was quick. The room was clean and matched images on the website. The beds were not great, sagging in the middle left some back pain. The door rattles when anyone on the floor closes their door, which throughout the night kept waking us up. Located in a great spot to be able to walk to quite a few food locations. Its right across from Loowit brewery and Smoking Oak BBQ, which is great!

The room filled up with some kind of smoke smell at night. The coffee maker in the rooms were old and useless. The staff was warm and welcoming. The restaurant in the lobby of the hotel was great.

This hotel as well as the service and staff is a 10 out of 10 and I am picky! I was a little shocked at the $44 overnight valet parking but it sure was nice to have my rental car sitting right outside the front doors at 6am. The room service food was great. Every single person was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless.

Nice spot for a weekend trip

Quick stay to see music in Portland. The hotel location was nice with various food options close by.
