The staff here could not be nicer. The location is terrific and the room is large with a very comfortable bed. The bad news is the non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke (plus the window wouldn’t open and there wasn’t a vent option on the air conditioner), the facility needs updating, and the hotel is on a street car line and is noisy.

The room was lovely, pool area was nice. Our stay was due to a conference at the connected GWCC which made it convenient for that but was quite a walk from any other restaurants, etc. With very few exceptions, the majority of the Hilton staff we interacted with over the four days were unfortunately quite rude/unhelpful to many guests. I have had much better experiences in less upscale Hilton hotels so this was surprising and I would not stay at this property again.

The only reason of booking this property is cheaper and convenience. Across the street from the Oregon convention centre. Otherwise, this property is quite old and not well maintained.

This property in disarray. The exterior is falling apart. The windows are thin and you can hear everything through them. It is right next to the Max Rail which is so loud, you need ear plugs to sleep. The staff was great and kind enough to refund the rest of our schedule say so we could move hotels.
