"Corner room was gorgeous with lots of light. Rooftop restaurant was also very lovely. Bathrooms need some better lighting. Valet service was really helpful and quick. Also, loved having the ability to charge our car while valeted."
"The hotel was nice; however, they did not have self-service laundry, parking, or continental breakfast. By far, though, the area the hotel is in is absolutely horrible. The park across the street is full of homeless people, the city area is dirty and disgusting. Just super inconvenient all around, which is too bad because the hotel is nice and the staff are friendly."

8/10 Good
"We we're there for enough time to sleep and eat breakfast. That's it. Only 1 elevator, One VERY SLOW elevator. It's not a bad hotel and honestly, I would absolutely stay again for a night to be at an early flight. It's not the most comfortable, but far from the worst hotel I ever been at. It serves it's main purpose and that's proximity to PDX. Price is good. Pull the trigger as long as you are searching for luxury."
"Staff at the front desk could be significantly nicer, especially the young man that checked me in, but except for a young lady that was next to him who was nice to a guest the rest I met was a bit rude. The young man that checked me in did not tell me about the breakfast but I should have known that. Parking was a nightmare and expensive. Lots of cool eating establishments around it but homeless on every corner made it a bit sketchy to walk with my kids, but I should have done my homework. Lastly no tea in the room just coffee."
