Hotel was what we needed to explore the area at an affordable price. The outdoor pool was great. Room was clean but definitely needed some major updates. Breakfast was continental. Easy to drive to beaches and downtown Kennebunkport

Family friendly. Yes, it could use a remodel, but then the prices wouldn’t remain the lowest in the Port. The pool and outdoor bar is fantastic in the summer. The outdoor hot tub is great anytime.
