"We were only in our room for a matter of hours. Our flight coming in was quite delayed, and we didn’t check in until past midnight, and left early the next morning. It fit our needs completely. It was very clean and comfortable. A great feature was the shuttle bus to and from the airport. Even though we had a very late/early morning flight arrival, the bus was still available. "

We had to go to the reception desk to ask for an extra set of towels because no one answered the phone. We ran out of toilet paper our second night and there was no one at reception to get it for us. After waiting 15 minutes, I went into the lobby bathroom and pulled off enough to get us through the night. Also, our shower head was super difficult to use - someone had to come and show us how to use it. Too bad. The hotel is well-situated and quite nice."
