Blue tree Towers is definitely the Best and safest hotel to stay in Porto alegre! Surrounded by many parks, walking distance mall, and great places to eat! Will definitely come back.

I really hate posting negative reviews but this hotel was extremely unfriendly to foreigners. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and the toilet leaked water. I could have let that go because the price was fair and the view was beautiful but I really felt unwelcome here. One of the staff members was so rude that I actually checked out of this hotel early and stayed at the Porto Alegre Doubletree instead (Much cleaner and friendlier). Don't waste your money at this place. The manager seemed nice and apologetic and said I would be refunded for the four nights I didn't stay but that didn't happen either. They literally refused to refund my money for nights I didn't stay. I've never in my life been treated so poorly at any hotel.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado. Local seguro, pequena caminhada até o shopping Praia de Bellas e para os colorados, próximo do Beira Rio. Chek-in iniciava as 14h...chegamos as 15:30h....uma bagunça, fila enorme para check-in e cada atendimento levando de 20 a 30 min....impraticável. Chegando nossa vez, solicitei se havia algo com o sistema e comentaram que a questão era a liberação dos quartos.....inacreditável.....o check-out é as 12h....até 15:30h não tinham limpado os quartos ainda. Dificilmente voltaremos. Outra questão é a piscina e não condiz com as fotos do site.....parece mais uma banheira em local fechado e extremamente abafado, para quem gosta já faz sauna junto. Se não fosse a LERDEZA na chegada, teria dado nota 8.

Bom hotel ! Elevador estragado, precisamos esperar mais de 10 min. Para pegar o elevador, apenas 1 estava funcionando e muita gente dos outros andares descendo para o café da manhã.

Já fui dezenas de vezes nesse hotel, sempre recebo um atendimento cordial, porém dessa vez deixou a desejar. Eu faço apenas uma solicitação ao realizar o check-in: a gentileza de nos colocar em um dos quartos do hotel que possua tomada 220v e TV smart. Normalmente já conhecem o meu perfil, há um histórico no sistema e me atendem com tranquilidade. O funcionário colocou diversos empecilhos, dizendo que para isso era necessário reservar outra categoria de quarto, que poderia haver custo, que não estava de acordo com a reserva que eu realizei, mas que iria me alocar em outro quarto “ para hóspedes que ficam mais tempo no hotel”. O quarto em questão estava com um dos aparelhos de ar condicionado estragado em um dia de 40 graus na cidade, não havendo nada de diferente ou especial em relação aos quartos que costumo ficar. Sempre informo que ao reservar através do Hotéis.com não há essa diferenciação informada de categoria para tipo de TVs ou voltagem disponível, além de quartos de casal, duplos, com vista A, B, superior, etc. Com isso, fica a crítica construtiva para o funcionário em questão, que analise os perfis dos clientes, são pequenos detalhes como esses bem simples que citei que fazem a diferença na experiência do serviço e que nos fazem sentir bem e voltar ao local ou optar por diversas outras disponíveis.
