Short Stay in Porto Alegre

This hotel was just what we needed. Comfortable and near the bus station. A little dated but definitely value for the price. Better wifi in the rooms would be my only suggestion. Thanks for the stay!

Tuvimos problemas con las habitaciones al ingresar al hotel pero el personal lo soluciono rápidamente. Si bien el aire es un poco ruidoso para mí no fue un problema. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno es súper completo! Siempre que pasamos por Porto Alegre nos quedamos aquí. Un punto extra es que queda cerca de la autopista!

A internet não funciona nos quartos, em pleno 2026 é inadmissível não ter Wi-Fi. Para trabalhar precisa ir até a recepção ou sair do hotel. O quarto era “arrumado” todos os dias, porém só a cama era feita e toalhas trocadas. O banheiro e o chão não eram limpos. O atendimento é bom.

O quarto em si estava em boas condições. O hotel parece ter sido um excelente hotel na década de 80 e 90. Tudo parece muito "vintage". "Luxo" que se mantém no restaurante, nas poltronas e nos móveis. Mas contrasta com a frieza e falta de polidez geral no hotel. Como é um lugar de passagem acaba que esse contraste fica mais evidente. Internet não funciona bem.

O quarto só não parecia mal cuidado, como parecia que nunca havia sido limpo. A cortina do banheiro (SIM, cortininha) estava completamente podre na parte de baixo, toda mofada. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo e quando tirei a fronha (por conta do cheiro) vi que eles estavam sujos, podres, um deles havia até resquício de sangue. Um dos quartos estava com o ar condicionado jogando ar podre pra fora, o quarto fedia de uma maneira que eu nunca havia visto. Foi o pior (e único ruim) hotel que eu já parei!

Iniciei minha experiência avaliando positivamente a localização do estabelecimento, bem como a cordialidade e disponibilidade dos recursos humanos, aspectos que se mostraram satisfatórios. O café da manhã, apesar da minha pressa, foi adequadamente servido, atendendo às expectativas iniciais. Entretanto, no que se refere às acomodações, a experiência foi marcadamente negativa. No primeiro quarto disponibilizado, o sistema de ar-condicionado encontrava-se inoperante, o que inviabilizou sua utilização. No segundo quarto, embora o ar-condicionado estivesse funcionando, as condições gerais do ambiente eram extremamente precárias. O quarto apresentava-se desorganizado, com evidente aparência de já ter sido utilizado, transmitindo sensação de negligência quanto à limpeza e à preparação do espaço para novos hóspedes. A cama encontrava-se danificada, exigindo uma improvisação inadequada — utilizando uma gaveta do bidê como suporte — para possibilitar seu uso, o que evidencia falhas graves de manutenção. O banheiro, por sua vez, encontrava-se em condições ainda mais alarmantes: o box era isolado apenas por uma cortina plástica visivelmente suja, e diversos azulejos estavam quebrados, reforçando a percepção de descaso, falta de conservação e comprometimento com padrões mínimos de higiene e organização. Se desejar, posso adaptar o texto para um tom mais jurídico, mais informal (avaliação online) ou mais técnico (relato institucional ou administrativo).
