Localização boa, pessoal da recepção e limpeza educados eficientes , usei por um dia a garagem (cobrada a parte 30 reais)quarto bom. Amei o quarto: bastante amplo, iluminação muito boa, inclusive a iluminação natural, com um janelão maravilhoso; chuveiro excelente e a limpeza do box merece destaque positivo. A localização também é excelente, estando a 1km da orla do Guaíba, um espaço maravilhoso pra correr ou simplesmete contemplar a beleza do rio e a paz de POA. E ainda tem uma academia bem completinha no 3°andar! Foi minha primeira vez no Sul e a escolha foi acertada!
