Overall a pleasant stay, with some minor issues. Breakfast is very good, staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable and well equipped. WiFi and air conditioning works well. The minor issues were a missing chair and safe in the room, which they fixed. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was unusable and the kitchen faucet leaked water all over the place. These were minor so I still gave 4 stars.

The safe did not work and they could not replace it until the following day, but I advised I needed specially for that day that was not working. They said I could store my belongings downstairs, which I felt uneasy and took them with me. Be aware that sheets and towels are not replaced everyday. I only found out about this on the second day, because I’ve noticed the towels were wet, and there was a sign next to the bed and another one in the bathroom stating that to preserve the environment they would not replace towels or sheets unless you throw everything on the floor before you leave the room (which was not there in the first day!). By the way I was using a comforter which had not been washed for a while, I thought I was crazy, but then I realized that probably the previous occupant had used it and they did not wash it. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable before, and of course I asked them to replace it. The bathroom was dirty (the walls, specially the shower head, and even the toilet was not properly cleaned). They did not provide hand soap until I asked. The tv was not working, and the mini fridge was barely hanging. The room was so dark I could barely find my things. The bunkbed had so little space I felt I was in a coffin. I threw mattress on the floor so I could finally sleep. The guy from the restaurant downstairs acted like he was doing us a favor, while it was just us that evening and he took his sweet time to take our order. Definitely not going back to this hotel.

mais ou menos pra menos

troquei de quartos duas vezes por estarem mal limpos e claramente liberados sem terem sido supervisionados, com pelos e cabelos na cama e banheiro, recepcionista sozinho e um pouco enrolado com outras reclamações também por motivo de sujeira, porém super educado e gentil sempre. recebi upgrade pra uma categoria com alguns utensílios de cozinha a mais, porém nada de mais, tudo simples e funcional, diferente da roupagem moderna e jovem que aparenta nas fotos, me causou certo nível de frustração, mas de boa também. café da manha fraco, fiquei com impressão de que salada de frutas estava azeda então nem arrisquei comer. enfim, achei no todo uma experiência ruim. ahh, o chuveiro muito bom foi só haha

Frustrante!

Novamente escolhemos por ficar nesse hotel pela proximidade com alguns estabelecimentos na região. Os funcionários são muito educados, mas o hotel parece estar abandonado, isso devido as más condições do mesmo e a falta de manutenção preventiva, falo isso rapidamente citando, limpeza dos quartos, paredes com mofo ou infiltrações, colchões duros. Além disso o café da manhã oferecido, parece estar cada vez menor e com muitos produtos industrializados, frios e nada atrativos. Mesmo diante do bom atendimento dos funcionários e da localização do hotel, não planejamos retorno ao mesmo sendo nessas condições. Obrigado!

Foi otima. Ficamos apenas uma noite. Os recepcionistas sao otimos, gentis e bem prestativos. O hotel é bem localizado, proximo de tudo, num bairro bonito e seguro. Varias opcoes de restaurante, parque, conveniencia. O café é bem bom, tem frios, paes variados, frutas, cafe, iogurte, suco, sucrilhos, bolo. O quarto super amplo, ar bem gelado, banheiro limpo e confortavel, a cama otima. Tinha servico de restaurante no hotel, nao usamos, mas achei bem organizado. Foi otima a experiencia. A recepcao é agradavel, podemos ficar confortaveis. Apos minha estadia, meu voo somente era no fim da tarde e resolvemos passear pela cidade, o hotel ficou com as malas apos o check-out e quando voltamos tomamos chuva e eles nos emprestaram o banheiro para nos secarmos e irmos ao aeroporto. Muito bom, indico.
