Overall a pleasant stay, with some minor issues. Breakfast is very good, staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable and well equipped. WiFi and air conditioning works well. The minor issues were a missing chair and safe in the room, which they fixed. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was unusable and the kitchen faucet leaked water all over the place. These were minor so I still gave 4 stars.

Decepcionante. Parecia hotel cool. Moderno., de arte. Só que é uma SUCATA. Decadente. Terrível. Ainda: esqueci um par de brincos e disseram que só Governanca, mas que não temos acesso. Roubalheira de itens esquecidos, apropriam-se de itens esquecidos. . No meio da madrugada toca um alarme e descobrimos que é um cofre. Não recomendo. Nunca mais quero saber deste hotel. Terrivel. Pessimo. .

mais ou menos pra menos

troquei de quartos duas vezes por estarem mal limpos e claramente liberados sem terem sido supervisionados, com pelos e cabelos na cama e banheiro, recepcionista sozinho e um pouco enrolado com outras reclamações também por motivo de sujeira, porém super educado e gentil sempre. recebi upgrade pra uma categoria com alguns utensílios de cozinha a mais, porém nada de mais, tudo simples e funcional, diferente da roupagem moderna e jovem que aparenta nas fotos, me causou certo nível de frustração, mas de boa também. café da manha fraco, fiquei com impressão de que salada de frutas estava azeda então nem arrisquei comer. enfim, achei no todo uma experiência ruim. ahh, o chuveiro muito bom foi só haha
