"En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. "We stayed in a suite for a long celebratory weekend at the end of June. Everything was perfect. It’s incredibly peaceful and the private swimming pool was a real treat. The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was.     "The Masseria itself is absolutely beautiful — peaceful surroundings, lovely architecture, and a charming ambiance that really captures the spirit of Puglia. The staff were polite and professional, though not particularly warm or personal. Dinner was okay — the atmosphere was great, but the food didn’t quite live up to expectations given the setting. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing and scenic experience, but there’s room for improvement in the dining and service experience."
