"budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud."

The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable, especially the receptionist, who consistently went out of her way to accommodate our needs. "Staff goes way beyond usual customer care. Everyday clean towels room immaculately clean, view from the balcony is remedy for your eyes. Nikiti has problem with streets but it’s positioned well for access to all beautiful Sithonia beaches. Will stay here again "

"The private pool was great, surrounded by a nice garden that blended perfectly with the natural environment. The room was very well designed, modern, minimalistic and relaxing. The breakfast was high quality and served next to the pool. Everything is very well thought and designed in this property, a luxurious experience. The location is also great, next to some of the best beaches and beach bars of Halkidiki."

"Host was very friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. The room was very clean and just as it looks on the pictures. We had fresh towels provided everyday and bins changed. The bed was also made by the cleaner too. Overall an excellent stay would highly recommend. Also the apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Neos Marmaras too."

"A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "

"Brand new, clean, and a 10/10 customer service! Our room even had a beautiful view of the sea. The beds are super comfortable, and the pillows, although a bit on the high side, we adjustable enough to our comfort height. The managers were kind enough to provide additional blankets, coffee pods, and valuable information on ammenities; they were always a text or a call away and responded almost instantly. AC worked flawlessly. Sheets were changed, and the room was cleaned after 3 days. 2 minute walk from grocery stores, bakeries, and a pharmacy, yet quietly tucked in to offer a perfect place to rest and relax."
