Prima della prenotazione bisognerebbe avvisare gli ospiti che per raggiungere la propria camera bisogna fare 4 rampe di scale con i bagagli e che non si viene aiutati da nessuno!!! L’albergo non dispone di ascensore e quindi se si arriva con una persona anziana o con un disabile è davvero un grosso problema!!! Per quanto riguarda la camera stendiamo un velo pietoso, dico solo che ho provato in tutti i modi a cercare un’altra sistemazione da subito, ma visto il periodo ( agosto) non sono riuscita a trovare nulla e sono stata costretta a rimanere lì per due notti sulle tre pagate, al secondo giorno siamo scappati perdendo quindi anche i soldi della terza notte. La camera è talmente piccola che in due si fa fatica a muoversi, non ho potuto neanche aprire la valigia perché non c’era nulla su cui appoggiarla. Una sedia arrugginita, una piccola scrivania, un letto, questo è tutto; il bagno minuscolo, usciva un filo d’acqua dal lavandino, non ho avuto il coraggio di usare la doccia perché dotata di una tendina di plastica con macchie nere di muffa che nauseava solo a guardarla da lontano……..Insomma la camera non ci è stata certo regalata anzi tutt’altro, ritengo che si debba avere maggiore rispetto per il cliente che paga, non chiedo il lusso ma un minimo di decenza questo si che lo pretendo!!! Peccato, il Salento è una delle zone turistiche più belle d’Italia dal punto di vista naturalistico ma purtroppo le strutture ricettive dovrebbero darsi una bella svegliata!!

L’hotel da Ettore è un hotel a conduzione familiare con un incredibile rapporto qualità prezzo: posizione eccellente, centralissima, pulizia impeccabile, camere spaziose e dotate di tutto ciò che può servire, colazione abbondante , varia e di qualità. Hôtel bien situé et proche de la mer, port et ville très animée. Personnel très sympa et serviable, petit-déjeûner pour tout les goûts, propreté irréprochable, seul petit bémol est l'insonorisation des chambres car on entend tout ce que fait le voisin. Sans hésitation quand nous reviendrons dans la région on y retournera surtout que le rapport qualité et prix est top

L'hotel è proprio ad un passo dal porto. Le camere sono pulitissime e, se avete la fortuna di trovarne una col terrazzo, hanno una vista fantastica. Lo staff è davvero gentile, il titolare Salvatore si è prodigato per farci trovare posto nei lidi affollatissimi ad agosto. Ultima nota, sono una vera mosca bianca per quanto riguarda le misure anticovid. Percorsi ben marcati, prodotti igienizzanti e procedure anti-assembramento in tutte le aree comuni, a cominciare dal buffet.

Personale attento e sempre disponibile. Colazione con molta scelta... Cornetti, pasticciotti, torte, frutta fresca.... Tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare... Camera molto piccola per 2 persone, bagno piccolissimo, basti pensare che per lavarsi il viso bisognava sedersi sul water... Connessione internet, in camera, praticamente assente. La struttura non dispone di ascensore e con le valige farsi 3 piani a piedi non è il massimo... Spero tanto che facciano dei lavori di ristrutturazione visto che l'hotel è molto datato e che, vista la posizione, centralinissima, è un peccato non investire.
