"This small boutique property is beautiful, well built and impeccably designed. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. "the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"The best thing about Angel Bay B&B is Sal and Nadia. The next best thing is the beautiful beach a short walk away. This review is for Americans: If you are looking for a glamorous beach hotel with a glitzy bar or pool, do NOT stay here. But, if you are looking for Italy, Italian warmth, people who feel like family, and the peace and calm of a small, lovely village, then Angel Bay B&B is for you. Angel Bay is a small B&B with just a few rooms. Our room was comfortable and lovely. The rooms have bookshelves and cloth boxes so there are lots of places to keep your things. The bathroom has lots of storage for things like makeup and lotion. I liked the big window that we could open to let in fresh air. Each room has its own Mitsubishi air conditioner (more than adequate) and TV (we didn't even turn ours on). The B&B has a big patio with a hammock, sofas, and tables and chairs. Breakfast is served there, but we loved sitting out there in the evening. We met some really nice people from all over. In the back, there is a big sink where you can wash clothes (there was also soap for that purpose if you needed it) and clotheslines and racks for wet clothes and swimsuits. Things dried really fast. Maybe a block away is the ocean, the public beach. And Sal has chairs and umbrellas you can use if you want that option. But...we rented umbrellas at Samana Lido just a little further down the road and loved it. The public beach was okay, but Samana Beach was like Waikiki."
