O nosso check in não foi bom, já e muito tarde às 17 horas, porém, somente as 17h30 é que fomos chamados para entrar, mesmo assim as malas não estavam lá, foi colocado em outro apartamento segundo o funcionário, ficamos no 608, mas nossas malas estavam com etiqueta do 402. Além do mais paguei por duas diárias o valor de R$ 8.841,36 e como estávamos num grupo grande que chegou na 5 feira, eles pagaram diárias bem mais barata de menos de 4 mil a diaria. Saímos cedo no domingo às 11 horas. O hotel e belíssimo e os arredores mais ainda. Local fantástico. Mas não sei se voltaria com essas condições de diária de bem menos de 24 horas.

Lugar incrível para um excelente estadia, adoramos tudo do hotel, o lazer, o SPA, a área da areia de praia com a praia de ondas para Surf leva uma experiência muito boa. Além disso, bem em frente ao hotel tem o mall novo do JHSF que ficou muito bonito e agradável para passeios, compras e gastronomia.

Cardápio do restaurante excelente. Bar da praia extremamente lento, até para entregar a conta, nos atrasamos na massagem por isso. O ponto mais crítico para nós nesta experiência foi sair do quarto na manhã às 8 horas e, ao retornar 17:30horas o quarto não ter sido limpo, desmotivador

Nossa estadia foi perfeita. Desde a chegada, a cordialidade na recepção e até mesmo com atraso no check-in, nos beneficiaram com algumas horas no check-out, até a nossa saída. A atenção que tivemos no restaurante, devido a comemoração de aniversário de casamento, foi impecável. Instalações perfeitas e a piscina com onda, é a estrela do Hotel. Recomendo muito a experiência.
Coco gelado na praia, servido desta forma, é o diferencial.

O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto incrivel! por causa do status do Hoteis.com tivemos um upgrade para o quarto com terraço grande, o que deixou a experiecia ainda mais especial.
