Carla and Ricky were super friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfasts were superb, really lovely and varied. Our rooms were clean and tidy and had everything in that you would need on holiday. Great location in the centre of the city and would definitely stay again when next in Porto.

Wonderful place to stay, very central to everything, Ricky was terrific as a host and the breakfast we had the last day in the restaurant downstairs was lovely. My only complaint is that it was difficult to access from a car and parking had to be at a nearby parking lot. But that is the situation in historic city areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, fantastic location and Ricky at reception went above and beyond to give excellent recommendations on restaurant/things to do and see! I especially loved the tea making/lounge area next the window in my room. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay. Very easy check in, great at giving late check in instructions. Get the top floor room if possible for great city views at night. The restaurant on the first floor is awesome and you can get a glass of wine when you return at night to bring up to your room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Concierge on whatsapp was very useful and responded fast with requests. Good attention to guests.

Our GPS had trouble finding this property in the Porto city center. The sign identifying the property is very small, but with 4 of us, we found it. Ricky was very helpful in riding with us to park our car which ended up being quite easy. Our room was adequate with needed amenities. The breakfast room was unique, and we were served breads, cheeses, and fruit; no hot entrees.

Alright but not great

The stay was great but the room could be a little bit more cleaner, for the price I paid I don’t think it was worth that amount at all, good thing is it was really local and close to the night life areas and shopping centre but the rooms were not what I expected and a bit poor.

The property was convenient to most places. Room very small and very very loud. Small children running up and down the hallway and noise from the restaurant and bar was bad. Room was pretty shabby and curtains were broken upon our arrival. Luckily wee weren’t there long. Mostly frustrated by the scam of being asked to pay the city tax again after we already paid upon arrival. Anything with a link to PayPal is fraud in my opinion. Restaurant is good

The location is perfect, very close to everything. The check in process was super simple and we were provided lots of details about the area, what to see and where to go. The room itself was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing that was missing was a safe. Also, the building is quite noisy - we were able to hear guests in the room next to us snoring and noise from the restaurant below. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Roof top with the city view was an added bonus. 5 min walk to Sao Bento train station, 7 min walk to Lello library, the property has a bar and restaurant downstairs, there a multiple restaurants close to the hotel, close to a small grocery, 5 min walk to Timeout market, 5 min walk to living tours.
