The location of this property was within walking distance of most things I wanted to see. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were mostly empty in the evenings. I ate at the bar 1 time - food was ok and the drink was basic but good. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The most important thing I want to highlight is the parking garage entrance is right next to the front door - it was easy to find and access. Lots of spaces, clean and an attendant on duty every time I went to my car. My car stayed parked until I was ready to leave Porto.

We arrived in Porto by train, at the Tourist Information office @ the Train Station, she told us it's very easy to walk to the hotel. It would've been easy if we didn't have our luggage or as my husband was having back problem. Anyway, by the time we finally arrived at the hotel, we were exhausted. But the staff quickly checked us in, very efficient. The room seemed to be very pleasant. If I had anything negative to say about the hotel, it would be you can't open the window fully, and they give you only a small box of Kleenex (probably consists of 3 pieces of Kleenex), although there're plenty of toilet paper. All and all it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel location if you rather not be super downtown. The hotel is in good condition and provides the necessary services. I look for a good location, clean comfy bed, and some basic necessities. I was bummed it didn’t have an indoor gym.

I really like the property and the fact it has a parking lot, as parking is difficult in the area. Staff is very friendly, and there are good dining services. The only thing I did not like is the condition of the sofa that is in the room.

The hotel is nice and located a stone's throw from the Heroismo metro station. However, the hotel is not close to any attractions and there is limited dining options nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The in room amenities are limited, no safe, mini fridge or iron .

Property was within walking distance from many tourist sites or transport links if you want to go further afield than Porto / Gaia. Staff was very friendly, efficient - particularly during the busy breakfast periods, and helpful. Only issues we had was that there was a leak in the bathroom and a constant tapping noise in in the bedroom that was particularly annoying when we tried to sleep. Otherwise room and bathroom were both very spacious and having a kettle plus a fridge/mini bar in the room was very handy.

I have 0 complaints about the hotel itself however it’s far from porto city centre. You can take the transportation across the street but it’s not the nicest / safest area if you’re travelling alone. We took an uber - although it’s a 20 minute walk to the city centre , it’s a lot of up and down hills which makes it longer.

We just stayed one night. We really appreciated the ease of parking, as this is difficult to find in Porto. The hotel is also walkable to old town and major sites but in a quieter part of town.

Loved this property. The front desk team was outstanding. We did receive a small bottle of port wine, but it was a bit misleading that we were getting wine. Not a big deal, but others should know before booking. We had a triple room, so no upgrade was available as apparently there were not bigger rooms than what we booked, so I feel like 3 people is the most you can book for one room at this hotel. Other than that, there is a great bakery on the corner by the hotel and the breakfast was excellent in the hotel.

The staff is amazing! Carlos at the restaurant made our first night dinner memorable and Beatriz helped us discover the city on foot, made arrangements for train reservations and answered every question we had. Martha was also very helpful with dinner recommendations. The hotel beds are comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and there is a great bakery to stores up in the same street. You can walk everywhere from this hotel. Definitely recommend and will stay there there again. Thank you! Pedro, Alida & Hails
