We love the fabulous 13th floor restaurant with its 360° views over Porto. The service is always excellent in there. The hotel is very tired and worn with many of the 60's decor still in place but always clean & serviceable. We will be back!

The hotel is retro-1968 with the rooms on 10-12 floors with a wonderful breakfast area on 13th floor with a great view around. The staff is friendly and helpful and I really appreciated 24-hr front desk, as I arrived at 3am (unplanned). I loved a bathtub in my room. The only issue was a open-area dance-bar facility across the street, which on Friday had a boom-boom music until 4am.

Nice hotel. A short walk from the shopping area and not so far from many areas of interest. Helpful staff. The hotel is I would say retro in its decor but very charming for it The top floor dining room ( for breakfast also ) has panoramic views.

Only one elevator was in service. The stairwell was not fireproof in the event of a fire. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location and access to all the highlights by foot.

Not far from Main Street, about a 15 minute walk downhill, about a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro for coming back uphill. Hotel is old, 70’s style, but very clean. Great value for money. Included a simple breakfast but the view from the restaurant is amazing. Reception staff were very helpful on arrival, giving me a map and highlighting the main tourist attractions. The hotel has many floors and the lift is not for the faint hearted.

The room is very cold, the heating doesn’t work, i slept feeling very cold . Plus There is humidity in the room and it smells very bad . The breakfast is dissapointing, there is no eggs and the bread have a weird taste like it’s old. I am really upset of the stay.

It is a 1960 vintage hotel. Frozen in time. Old furniture, old and cracked bathroom fixtures. Carpets look original from 60's. The three things which makes hotel tolerable is great city views, onsite parking and walkable distance Santa Catarina Street.

Unfriendly front desk staff. Only one elevator that barely worked. On check out it was not working. Had to use service elevator. Rooms really old. No place to take dogs outside to go to the bathroom. Pictures of place do not really show what it really looks like. Water pressure for shower was terrible. To use the toilet was awkward. Hard to find the property. No really clear signs showing it’s location.

The panoramic view of the city is spectacular from the top floors especially from the top floor restaurant. The hotel has the potential to be outstanding but unfortunately they have let things go. The furniture and ambiance need a complete upgrade. It was like staying in a hotel from the 40's. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Charming old hotel with an amazing view. Front staff was friendly enough. When we went to our room the air conditioning was not working and we called the staff to take a look. They were not able to repair it and unable to relocate us so they = opened the window for us. The heat was still stifling and even if it helped, the music from the neighboring night club was also unbearable with the window now open. After unsuccessfully trying to sleep we decided to move to another hotel that fulfilled the agreement of amenities offered. We requested a refund and they said it would passed to a manager and we never received any money back.

Ich habe diese hotel gewählt, weil sie einen flughafen shuttel angeboten haben. Ich habe über 2woche versucht dieses hotel zu erreichen vergebens. Die mitarbeiterin des hotels sagte mir dann, sie würden garkein flughafenshuttel anbieten….. das steht hier aber ganz anders!!!!

Atendeu perfeitamente minhas necessidades. Quarto estava com cheiro de limpinho, bem como os lençois e cobertores. O banheiro era modesto, mas com boa pressão de agua para tomar banho e esquentava muito bem. Os funcionarios foram atenciosos e o café da manhã com uma boa variedade de pães e uma bela vista pra cidade. WIFI disponivel o tempo todo e ainda fizeram a gentileza de guardar as minhas malas por um tempo após o checkout. Em um dia um dos elevadores parou, mas no dia seguinte já estava normalizado, algo super normal quando se usa com bastante frequencia. Bem facil de chegar no centro e a duas estações do metro. Ficaria de novo.
