Kitchen well supplied. Office staff very helpful. There wasnt a separate bedroom, rather half wall separation. We liked the garden area. Hardly any storage for clothes etc. Needs some wall hooks, shelves & better sized closet for guests staying a few days. Very centrally located area for restaurants, groceries etc.

The location of the apartment is great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Very few room amenities in that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, no skin cream and no coffee capsule refills each day. There was also construction going on at the apartment next door so sitting outside meant listening to drilling and hammering all day. But it was clean and it was nice to have a kitchen for breakasts in, and room to spread out.

The location was great but the sofa bed was very squeaky and the room temperature was extremely cold even with the heaters on, they should provide extra blankets. The apartment itself was confortable because it had room to cook.

Loved Porto and this location is great.

Great location. Room at back of property overlooking a garden. No road noise. You can hear people in the stairway and room above. Property clean and tidy. Nice big bath towels. Kitchen area adequate if you want to use.

Absolutely deserves the high rating it has! Superb location within easy walking distance of everything, with great transport links nearby if walking isn’t your thing. The property itself has everything you could need (the iron was missing but I’m sure this would have been provided had I asked). Great communication before and throughout my stay. Clean, cosy and comfortable with air con. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again (though perhaps not on the 3rd floor!) Fantastic!

The property was located in a great location. We were late for check-in; however, everything worked out just fine. The only comments I have to make is that we didn't have the WIFI information in our apartment. It was left in the corridor which we were not informed about. This occurred because they were transitioning to a new wifi provider. My only other comment is that the pillows are terrible and should be replaced. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommended staying here though. I would come back.

You can see a photograph of a lovely room in their ad, but ours wasn't it. We were put in the back, on the ground floor, beside a sad little yard. We had NO WINDOWS that we could see out of, only a frosted glass door and a tiny high-up frosted porthole window! Most problematically, we were depending upon internet for our jobs and IT DIDN'T WORK! They claimed to be surprised and said they'd turn it off and on again, defensively claimed they'd never had this problem before, but nothing was fixed, they didn't inquire or try to make it right, and seemed irritated that we were having a problem. They also directed us to a restaurant that was permanently closed, and said we needn't make reservations for dinner at area restaurants (we went from place to place and couldn't find any good place that had space. All of them said you needed a reservation). But the internet was a killer. I ended up forking over extra to pay for Vodaphone on my home plan, which didn't seem to work well in that space either. We will never stay here again.

We loved the location of this property; lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing was the room felt very humid, even with the AC on. The sheets and such just felt damp due to the humidity.

Good apartments. Comfortable and with good location (not the best, but good enough). The only downside is that we had a 4th floor room, with no elevator, so I recommend you travel light. Would stay here again.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et la localisation est parfaite pour visiter. Nous nous sommes stationnés dans un parking public pratiquement en face sans problème, mais nous n’avions définitivement pas besoin de la voiture vu la proximité à pieds de tout! Mention spéciale à Anabela qui offre un excellent service, tout en étant disponible et facilement joignable! L’accueil s’est déroulé de façon simple et flexible. Nous recommandons vivement :)

Wonderful stay, comfy bed & clean. We arrived after a very LONG day of travel and my daughter was not feeling well. When we arrived the host was able to get us quickly to our room, which was much appreciated! I would recommend.
