Beautiful and clean studio apartment with all amenities overlooking the river. Excellent repsonsiveness of the hosts. Also they cleaned the apartment in the middle of my stay which was nice. Quite far to walk to the other side of the river

Fantastisk udsigt i super skøn lejlighed

Dejlig lejlighed i roligt kvarter og gåafstand (25 minutter) fra Ponte Louis I broen/metro Jardim do Morro. Eneste minus er dog en meget larmende gasvandvarmer.

Panoramablick auf Porto

Das war einer unserer schönsten Unterkünfte überhaupt! Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber und komfortabel. Das riesige Panorama-Fenster ist das Highlight! Die Betten sind nicht durchgelegen, sondern komplett erneuert. Ich denke, dass die Tür zum WC demnächst repariert wird - uns als Paar störte es nicht allzusehr. Die Wohnung enthält auch Waschmaschine und Trockner, was wir auf unserer Rundreise sehr begrüßten. Das umfangreiche Frühstück steht, wie von Zauberhand, früh vor der Tür - es fehlte wirklich gar nichts! Die Kommunikation läuft auf Englisch völlig ungezwungen über Whatsapp, so dass alle kleinen Fragen sofort beantwortet wurden. Der Schlüssel liegt im Tresor an der Zimmertür - der Code kommt über Whatsapp. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Fluss und die schöne Stadt Porto in voller Sicht vor uns! Zusammen mit dem Vollmond vor allem nachts ein echtes Spektakel! Um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen kann man bequem über die Brücke gehen und ist nach ca 12 Minuten mitten in der Stadt, aber auch auf der Gaia-Seite gibt es tolle Gaststätten und Märkte. Eines ist klar: Wenn wieder Porto - dann nur hier!

A couple years late to write this review but better late than never. This place was absolutely beautiful. It was HUGE! 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Loved how it's an old building but beautifully renovated on the inside. View over looking the water. The balcony was enclosed, like a green house. Would highly recommend. Close to everything.

Fabulous apartment

Stunning views of the city and the river. Beautiful, modern, well-equipped apartment in an old industrial building. The whole building was repurposed to make for the modern apartments. Ten-fifteen minutes walking distance to restaurants to cafes.

Vista maravilhosa e boas instalações.

Sem grandes surpresas já que foi a recomendação de um amigo que me motivou a me hospedar nesse local. Quarto grande e completo. A localização é boa embora algus motoristas de aplicativo tenham reclamado da dificuldade em chegar lá. A vista do rio é fantástica e compensa a localização, que não é ruim, somente um pouco isolada. Talvez o único ponto negativo seja a falta de privacidade no banho. Não há sequer porta e se você estiver em família, terá que combinar com os demais para não ser flagrado pelado durante o banho. É um conceito estranho de banheiro para os mais conservadores. De resto tudo perfeito e repetiria a estadia numa príxima vez.

Eduardo who met us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has amazing views. Is clean and comfortable. I expected it to be a little larger for a family and it could really do with air con although the fan provided was useful.

Beautiful apartments in Vila Nova de Gaia with an amazing view of the Douro River and Porto. These are across the river from Porto, near the port caves but it is an easy 15 minute walk along the river to the bridge.

청소비를 추가로 받으나 수건을 주지 않음

청소비 25유로를 받아가서 숙박중에 청소를 해주는 줄 알았는데 체크인 전에 청소비용을 받는 것이였습니다. 체크인전에 당연히 청소되어 있어야 하는 것을 왜 제가 돈을 내야하는지 모르겠어요. 3박4일동안 수건을 한번도 갈아주지 않았습니다. 너무 불쾌했어요. 다만 경치가 좋고 시설이 좋아서 다 무마됐지만 수건이 없는 점이 너무나 슬펐습니다.

El apartamento es muy bonito con unas vistas espectaculares al río Duero. Estaba limpio, la cama era cómoda y tenía una cocina con todo lo necesario. Lo único es que no llega a esa zona ningún transporte público, caminando hasta el puente de Luis I hay unos 15/20 minutos. El paseo es agradable y está bien iluminado por la noche.

Amazing view, lovely stay

Room is clean and tidy, has everything you need including kitchen necessities, washer and nice bath tub. In walking distance with the Luis I bridge and you can walk or take a bus to get into center of the city which is quite convenient. Of course the view is amazing. Rainy or clear, night and day. Especially I loved the night view over the river. Staffs were so friendly and helpful, always willing to provide any kinds of help they could do. Overall I enjoyed the stay so much and can't wait to come back to Porto :)

Um apartamento com uma vista divina do Rio Douro localizado na sua margem , próximo às caves, ao Douro, a ponte Luiz I , a bons restaurantes e bons passeios . Vaga na garagem para quem viaja de carro, pago a parte .

Wonderful Views but gets really stuffy and hot

Pros: This is great river front apartment in the Gia area. Its almost like being on a river boat with its wonderful views. Quiet and peaceful. Cons: We waited almost 30 minutes for the property manager to let us in. The apartment does not have Air Conditioner so on a couple of hot days it got really stuffy inside the apartment even with the fan they provided. It was tough to sleep because of the heat and insulation of the apartment on those warm days. Also the appliances are very tough to use and the property manager wasn't able to help. We think the dryer was broken. Overall, we had some issues with the property management company with the check-in and appliances but the apartment has some wonderful views.

Nice view over river to Porto

Very beautiful view over river towards Porto old center. Very quiet area, good sleeping. Small 15 min riverside walk to nearest services, market and wine caves on Gaia side, a bit longer to center with boat or bridge. New stylish, clean & functioning building with a historic facade of an old factory. Very good facilities in room like washer, dryer, bubble bath, coffee machines. Huge windows (which should've been cleaned from bird stains though) with full river view from bed, sofa, bubble bath - good for boat-, tram-, bird-, fishspotting with kid. Pretty romantic.
