Staff was very helpful. Clean, modern hotel with very good breakfast. Nice lobby conversational area. Will likely need short Uber or taxi ride to get to tourist and Porto historic areas. Not in the historic center. Access to mall shopping next door.

Difficult to get to Downtown Porto , no attraction around it except shopping mall but very good hotel

The interior was nice but entran was hard to find
We stayed one night while in Porto and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Our only issue was that it was hard to find because there is no front entrance off the street like most hotels and only small signage regarding parking so we ended up driving around it a few times before we realized how to get to the entrance. The hotel interior is nice but the whole entry area outside of it looks sad and neglected and was an odd set up, but didn’t really take away from our experience since we were heading into the city and just wanted a place for the night where we could park. Overall I’d probably stay here again since it suited us and was affordable.

Very comfortable
Good size room,comfortable bed and helpful staff.the hotel is connected to a shopping centre which is open intil 11 it was very convenient to walk across t do shopping or have a bite to eat.

Very clean and comfortable Gree street parking but secure parking for 5 Euros worth the peace of mind. Near Motorway but not Old Porto..Taxi to Cathedral 10 Euros and from south bank 7 Euros. We asked for an extra night which caused no problems. Next to huhe shopping Mall with an Auchan and food court. Suited us perfectly

Family Wedding Trip
The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I arrived late and the front desk kept the bar open past closing, so I could have a glass of wine. The food in restaurant was good and very well priced. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there in the future.

The manager Pedro needs to improve
I am a business woman from North America ,stayed 2 nights plus 1 months at this hotel. The Assistant manger Rita and rest of the staffs are amazing . I give 1 star because the manager Pedro Martingo. I do hope my staying experience can be improved. Pedro always seems grumpy and impatient , There is no “ good morning or good afternoon “, no eye contact , a few times he was talking to me but all of sudden, walked away without acknowledgement. It is consider extremely rude in English speaking culture. After I made payment , there is no “ thank you” or “ enjoy your style “, which is basic hospitality standard. When I made a 30 days agreement staying at this hotel, he acted didn’t care. The entire conversation was as if I am in a less position than him, it lacks of basic respect to a customer. When I asked to find possible the best window view , he replied coldly” you chose the basic room, the cheapest one.” It is very awkward, humiliating and loud. A few times he was arguing with me on some small choice words, pointless and nonsense. He used the word “ strange “ twice on me. In English culture , it is considered very insulting.again, I just paid and stay this hotel for another 30days, I hope he can improve his professional manner and English speaking , maybe he should take some school.

Hotel was nice. There was an issue with a missing bed (3rd person) and it seemed imposibe for them to help and make it work. We ended taking a couch from the lobby for someone to sleep on. the second night they did correct the issue. The dinner at the Hotel (Mexican Night) was fun but scarce. The Mall next door is awesome.

Great hotel
Great hotel. Everything was great including access to the gym facilities next door which is a propoer gym not your usual hotel gym! Will definately stay again

My views
Everything great, just one small suggestion and one small negative. There are two very large pools with one of them clearly meant for families with small children. I suggest the other pool meant for adults have small children strongly asked to go to the kids pool. The main pool 35 meters long has too long of a very shallow end, making doing lap swimming somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise great property and food, room anit was immaculate.
