This accommodation is nice in itself, but contacting the responsible people is a nightmare. There were three of us, and unfortunately, upon arrival there were only towels and bed linens for two people. One of us had to sleep on the sofa without a blanket or anything else, which is very unpleasant in an accommodation used by many different people. Upon check-in, which is contact free (you get codes for the front door and the key vault), we were told that we can call or write a WhatsApp text message at any time. We did this, but nobody picked up for days and also didn't answer our texts, again for several days - until today we didn't get any answer. Luckily, a cleaning staff member (we presume) found our note and got us bedding for the sofa on the third day. Still, a disaster. Fortunately Expedia tried to solve this issue, but also they did not succeed - at least we got a partial refund.
Following information on Expedia about the accommodation is incorrect: there is no place to leave luggage there, there is never anyone at the reception, and there is hardly any contact with the staff possible.
Unfortunately, a real shame, as the accommodation is very well located and clean. However, we would not recommend it, as you are left alone if something goes wrong.
