An exceptional stay in the heart of Porto! Márcia, who helped us with the check-in instructions, was kind and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and everything went perfectly. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The welcome was personal and very friendly. The room was exactly what we expected from the booking. The hotel is situated in a district with many galleries and nice restaurants close by. And the closest bus stop is just around the corner.

The apartment was well kept spacious and clean. The property is close to many restaurants and easy access to public transport. Walkable distance to a few attractions also. Instructions were clear on how to check in after reception was closed. There is a lot of art galleries on the street. Right up the hill is great shopping and eating options. Property had tall ceilings and felt roomy. The kitchen had the very basics as far as utensils, pots, plates, cups, etc. The grocery is very close so if you are staying more than a few days it is easy to pick up what you need for the day.

Very nice and neat. The room was very spacious with a little kitchen which was very convenient. Super comfortable. They don't have anyone at the front desk from 6 pm - 10 am the next day in case you need anything. There is an emergency number to call just in case there was something of urgent nature.
