Great little property. Super good value for money, right near Campanha Station. A bit further walk from old town and the main touristy areas but still easily done on foot. Very accomodating, including with a very later check in.

The hotel is in poor condition, there are cockroaches, and there is a sewage smell. We chose it because dogs are allowed, but we deeply regretted it.

Had a problem while with the reservation (apparently due to ebookers, not the hotel) but they found a solution quickly. I had to share a room instead of having my own, so they refund me 25% of the price. Location is at 4 métro stops from the center, which is nice because the price is on average comparable to à Hostel on the center. Bathroom is private but not directly linked to the room. Would recommend.

Péssimo não condiz com que oferecem.

Hotel com muito mal cheiro e desagradável, insuportável de se ficar no local,mal limpo, não fiquei hospedado no hotel e me cobraram 6 diárias sem estar hospedado neste hotel, solicite o cancelamento da reserva e não fizeram o reembolso e a mesma ficou a decorrer sem eu estar hospedado.

Boa tarde, estou com um probleminha com o Hotel, o hotel não tinha ninguém pra receber eu e minha esposa, por sorte um funcionário do hotel guarda o carro na garagem e estava lá para fazer isso. Só assim consegui fazer o check in, se não fosse isso eu ficaria na rua. No dia seguinte e no dia fo check out não havia ninguém no hotel( recepção e sala de administração). Preciso pagar um taxa da cidade, mas não puder fazer o pagamento por não ter ninguém. Já pedi o código de iban , mas o hotel parece que está de brincadeira. Acaba não enviando. O atendimento no hotel não houve, pois não fica ninguém bo lugar.

Lo mejor la cercanía con medios de transporte. A sólo 5-6 minutos en metro del centro histórico de Porto. Cerca hay 3-4 cafeterías y mini market. No me gustó el colchón de la habitación. Es antiguo y no es cómodo.

Funcionária/dona de uma grosseira ÍMPAR. Chegamos meia noite, a mesma não atendia interfone nem telefone. Chovia, estávamos com malas e uma idosa no grupo. Ao nos atender, estava irritada por ter sido acordada, gritou, foi mal educada, nos mandou embora e após minha reclamação recuou. Nunca fui tratada de forma tão grosseira e rude. Não recomendo a ninguém! Deveria ter gravado o que ocorreu pois é inacreditável! Enviei email ao hotel.com reclamando e também não me respondeu. Não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém! Melhor dormir no aeroporto ou na estação, ao menos não se tem contato com um ser mal educado e grosseiro como a funcionária/dona

El personal muy amable. Por poner algo negativo, la cama y la almohada muy incómodo. La almohada como que no te pones nada. Las instalaciones bien. La ubicación tienes que coger el tren para acercarte al centro. Trato del personal acogedor. Te dejan unas llaves para que entres y salgas cuando quieras.
