Due to being located in a historical building, occasionally, there could be some problems with our soundproofing for the bars outside or the busy street, that we do not have control of. Hi Karen,Thanks for your amazing review and for staying with us! We are glad you enjoyed and thanks for your notes about the mobility issues of our building. As you can understand, sometimes with such an historic architecture its very hard to surpass some issues. The lift at the entrance is only for wheelchairs and need to be requested at the door bell . It is safe but in other hand very slow due to all the safety protocols involved in lifting a wheelchair two floors. But will take your notes into consideration for future improvements of our equipments and future solutions! Hope to have your visit again soon! Best wishes, Igor
