"The stay was a romantic getaway. The hotel has a great location I would definitely go back but only in the summer time. The biggest attraction are the natural pools which were closed due to weather. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly but it’s super outdated and the food options were not great "

"Fantastic room with a balcony view of the sea and pools. Great service and breakfast. Basement pool needs renovating…which was started anfter our departure we were told. Ask for mattress toppers as the beds are very hard. Helps a bit."

"Beautiful entrance and smooth check in to the hotel. We wanted to quickly get out to the pools to take a dip. We dropped our things off in our room and just loved the look of the room and the fact that they had towels available in the room to use for the pools. We had great evening in the lava pools, rooftop pool and heated pool on level -1. We felt extra special and welcomed with a bottle of their blue champagne that was dropped off in our room while we were out. We had lovely massages by...

"At the arrival the staff couldn’t find our booking and was not very friendly. The room we got had no balcony. The furniture was not in a good state. Parts of the walls were damaged. The air-conditioning didn’t work. The bedsheets and towels were very old and smelled strange. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom floor often wet. There were stains on the bathroom‘s floor and the bath was not cleaned well. The hairdryer was sticky and dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable at this hotel."
