"+ Staff is very kind and welcoming. + Hotel is clean + The view is exceptional. - bugs and flies in the room - ants in the bed - no elevator - vent not working in the bathroom - no electric plug by the bed either side - no coffee or tea in the room - rooms need remodeling - asked for cash for a coke instead of just adding it to the bill and pay at the end. - location is isolated, not many restaurants. + location is isolated, walk to the beach. "We had an enjoyable and relaxing 3 days staying the residence suites, a great space for a family. The hotel pool and bar area was better than the photos suggest and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle bus to the old town (or beach) is a super service and needed given the options for buses and expensive taxis. I can thoroughly recommend staying here if you like to relax as well as explore. "
