"The hotel is far from a 4 star hotel and needs renovation asap. 1 - The food was bad, 90% of the workers at the restaurant barely spoke portuguese and always replied with a bad attitude when we asked for something. "really enjoyed the stay, the dorm rooms are comfortable with privacy curtains, small fan and light in the bed, the bathroom was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
