Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Limpeza diária dos quartos, bem como troca diária de toalhas. Itens dos flats funcionando perfeitamente (fogão, geladeira) com panelas, pratos, copos, xícaras, talheres, liquidificador, garrafa para café, potes de plástico. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Jardins bem cuidados. Piscina limpa. Café da manhã bem servido e bem assistido. Ficamos 7 dias e teve opções de tapioca 2 dias. Hospedamos em casal e embora o hotel estivesse cheio na semana, não fomos incomodados com barulho de outros hóspedes. Não houve problemas com reposição dos itens de café da manhã. É a quinta vez que hospedamos neste hotel e continua sendo nossa opção de hospedagem em Porto Seguro.

Foi muito boa a estadia, atendimento nota 10, café da manhã muito bom, quarto muito bonito... em geral classifico como muito bom só nao dou nota máxima porque a cama de casal na verdade são duas camas de solteiro conjugadas e no dia que chegamos a piscina estava com água suja mas limparam a noite o no outro dia estava excelente.

Hotel é bom,limpeza do quarto ótima, tem muito espaço porém nao tem estrutura pra muitas pessoas, no período da minha estadia chegaram 3 a 4 excursões, ficou lotado, qualidade do café da manhã caiu bastante, sauna não dava pra usar mais, ela nao comporta mais do que 10 pessoas. Recomendo irem fora de alta temporada e checar com o hotel se estão cheio.

Recepcao e funcionários atenciosos. Limpeza do meu quarto era feita entre três e quatro horas da tarde, horário impróprio. Fogão do apartamento em más condições, apagando o fogo todo momento. Cobertas ruins e pequenas. Quarto com cheiro de mofo e televisão muito pequena e com pouquíssimos canais para assistir.
