Well located and pleasant pool area. However, it is lacking fundamental aspects to qualify for a better rating than 2/3 stars. Worst breakfast we ever had! Mold in the shower of our bathroom. Partly missing linen for 2/3 beds.

Atendimento ótimo, café da manhã na média, mas o quarto parecia o quarto branco do CAPs. Sem janela para uma ventilação, somente uma tomada pra recarregar celulares. TV que só ficava passando propaganda SKY e quando não somente canais abertos que travava sempre. Enfim fujam do quarto 38.

Pousada razoável. Sem muito luxo, mas confortável. Faltou água em um dos dias e a limpeza do quarto quando chegamos não estava das melhores.

No primeiro dia colocaram em um quarto todo mofado n19, , depois transferido para o quarto 17 ficamos 6 dias a roupa de cama não foi trocada durante os 6 dias é as toalhas só foi trocada depois que jogamos elas para pegar um rato! Isso mesmo um rato no quarto, fico neste hotel a 7 anos fico muito triste como serviço caiu tanto

O hotel atingiu minhas expectativas, piscina maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom, recepção boa. Alguns detalhes que ficam pra a gente vê mais passa despercebido depois de tanta coisa boa. Quartos com camas não tão boas, fiquei em um quarto com minha mãe que tinha 2 camas sendo uma box (casal) que era duas camas de solteiro junto e a outra era cama antiga com colchão bem gasto, deixaram apenas 1 lençol para nós, ar condicionado não era dos melhores, a Cuba do banheiro estava quebrada e o chuveiro parava de cair água do nada parecendo que tava com ar.

A localização é ótima o atendimento da recepção também, porém o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, o banheiro era precario e sujo, no quarto não tinha tomadas, o Cefe não tinha nenhuma opção sem glúten, a hospedagem por fora é bem bonitinha mas dentro dos quartos era precário

Péssima estadia com água para o banho contaminada

Experiência terrível. Quarto velho, toalhas rasgadas, colchão e paredes mofadas, mas o pior é a água do banheiro. Água com cheiro desagradável e cor marrom. Sai do hotel e solicitei reembolso das diárias não utilizadas e recusaram. Péssima lua de mel.

Não recomendo.

Reservei dois quartos por quatro dias. Nas duas unidades o quarto não tinha janela, sacada, ou coisa do tipo, a cama era bem desconfortável e o chuveiro bem ruim (baixíssima vazão de água), ar condicionado muito barulhento. Fiquei dois dias e troquei de hotel. Como paguei antecipado, solicitei o reembolso das duas diárias que não utilizei. Esta solicitação foi negada. Não recomendo.

Se retornar, é lá que vou ficar

Apesar de contratarmos, apenas uma diária eu e minha família gostamos muito do hotel. Serviço de recepção bom, quartos que ficamos bom, o banheiro precisa de uma boa caprichada na limpeza. O café da manhã bem gostoso e a piscina nem se fala, excelente. Recomendo para quem quer ficar em um local agradável, perto de tudo e com tarifas justas.
