I had a amazing time at pousada Samambaia .It’s very close to Quadrado and The owner Gaston is very nice .All the rooms are very comfortable and clean .I will go back there for sure .

Os dias na pousada Samambaia foram incríveis! Tudo delicioso, o café da manhã cheio de guloseimas feitas no dia e com variedade total. Quarto aconchegante, espaçoso e muito limpo. Piscina delícia. E a equipe de profissionais absolutamente delicados e dispostos a fazer a estadia inesquecível. Além de ser muito perto do quadrado, porém preservado da multidão que enche a Vila no carnação. Eu adorei e voltaria novamente.

Os atendentes não “atendem” sao acomodados e não são prestativos, o café da manhã é bem fraco com poucas opções. A pousada era com piso de areia… o quarto tinha um cheiro estranho… a água do banheiro mudava a temperatura depois de um tempo de uso… A rua era escura…

Espero que todos estejam bem 🤗👏 Gostaria de deixar aqui registrado a minha imensa satisfação ao atendimento prestado pelos colaboradores, principalmente a Claudia e Raíssa, nesses dias que passamos na pousada, de Segunda-Feira dia 04/03/24 a 09/03/24. Estamos super satisfeitos, eu e minha esposa, Sônia, bem atendidos, orientados, sempre demonstraram bom senso, não quero ser injusto, mas todos estão de parabéns, as meninas do café e também quem nos recepcionou, que me desculpe agora, não vou lembrar o nome, extrema empatia e humanidade. como é difícil encontrar alguém assim hoje em dia. Não tenho palavras para expressar minha gratidão. Os meus mais profundos agradecimentos pela orientação, humanidade, empatia de todos, desde da recepção de boas vindas, café da manhã, que todas as meninas me perdoe por não ter perguntado o nome para mencionar aqui. Obrigado mais uma vez pela atenção. Tenha um bom trabalho e muita luz no caminho de todos. A pousada fica numa rua de terra e quando chove fica complicado caminhar, embora seja próxima ao Quadrado. A piscina é boa, uma pena que fique na sombra causada pelas árvores ao redor que cobre o sol, mas é uma delícia ainda assim. O quarto tinha uma geladeira e um fogão, ambos bemmmm velhos, e as paredes estavam um pouco sujas, mas nada disso comprometeu a estadia. O café da manhã é muito fraco, mesmo com toda a atenção da equipe que é bem simpática. A Claudia é mesmo uma querida e faz de tudo para ajudar.

Rua tranquila sem barulho. Quarto e banheiro grandes com local para acomodar as malas, cama confortável, ducha excelente. Localização próxima ao Quadrado, limpeza nota 10, tanto para o quarto, quanto para a piscina a qual fica em meio a um jardim lindo, cercado de muito verde tornando o ambiente muito agradável. Destaque para o atendimento acolhedor da simpática Claudinha e para as tapiocas e omeletes no café da manhã!
