Meu ar condicionado passou a noite toda pingando, quarto toda hora molhado por conta disso. Além de estar em um quarto triplo onde só deixaram tudo pra duas pessoas (toalhas, cobertores, travesseiros e sabonetes)

Otima localização. No centro antigo da cidade. Vista muito bonita para o rio Madeira. Próximo do mercado central é do museu Madeira Mamoré além de outros pontos turísticos.

Local excelente; Café da manhã muito bom; Estacionamento com manobristas; Área de compras perto; Tem refeições no hotel em outros horários também. A única coisa dessa vez que não gostei foi a acomodação. O que é engraçado, porque já fiquei outras vezes neste hotel e foi uma cama excelente, mas desta vez me colocaram em um quarto com a cama bem desconfortável. Tirando isto, no resto foi muito bom!

Localização e funcionários sao ótimos

O hotel é muito bom e os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Achei estranho o fato de só ter 2 secadores de cabelo pra emprestar para todos os hóspedes do hotel, frequentemente tinha conflito quanto a isso. É algo simples mas que toda mulher sente falta quando viaja. Fica a dica para a aquisição de mais secadores de cabelo ou colocação nos quartos de forma fixa. Até pra ficar condizente com o conforto que o hotel pretende oferecer.

Excelente recepção, com profissionais atenciosos e solícitos. Equipe de limpeza muito simpática e com excelente serviço. Porém café da manhã bem aquém do esperado: muita variedade com pouca qualidade: pães murchos, bolos velhos e manteiga em potes compartilhados.
