Il servizio di colazione difatti non è incluso/previsto e a differenza di quanto segnalato su Expedia, la pulizia non è giornaliera (in teoria ogni 3gg, ma non ho potuto verificare stando solo 2 notti). . All the comfort you need. All rooms are on the first floor and they have some apartments on the side of the building. Nice breakfast with not only the typical Italian sweet stuff. There's also ham, cheese, egg,... Staff is super friendly. During my business trips to Civitanova I mostly stay at Dimorae. "

"Beautiful hotel, friendly check in, lots of parking. I wish we had time to try the spa. It was difficult to cool the room, but this may be a unique situation, because we're Canadian and find a lot of rooms in Italy too warm for us. It's probably fine for people used to milder weather. We kept the window open all night, haha. Good stay! "
