"Lovely cottage however when there for work you need two things. Hot water and a bed. Bed were comfy but hot water was absent. Out of 24 showers across 4 adults and 6 days only 3 ran hot. Second bedroom vibrates and is super loud whenever water is running anywhere in the house too. Disappointed as we called the owners and they assured us a maintenance person would come and check and fix this issue, meaning one of us took a day off work to wait for the person. Who never came. "We had a lovely short stay at the Great Western, the hotel is a little dated but apparently is currently undergoing a refurbishment The staff were pleasant and polite The bar area was nice and the view from the beer garden is lovely, overlooking the beach The bedroom was a good size, the bathroom was ok and both were spotless The beds were very comfy The bedrooms could do with more plug sockets as there were only 2 and we had to unplug things and swap them around In saying that we would stay there again"
