Fantastic place to stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff are fantastic and very friendly and do everything and beyond for there guest's. I will defiantly return again as probably the best place we've stayed in Portsmouth. It was perfectly fine for what we needed, it is a budget hotel and that’s what you expect. We literally only needed a bed for the two nights as by day we are out. No complaints at all. It was also located perfectly as you cross over and go to your left you walk into Southsea, go to the right you’re in town or heading for the docks. It was tricky to get any water in the kettle from the little sink in the bathroom, the toilet had no cap on the flush, you had to press down on the bit the sticks up and there was no plug in the little sink. Only minor little things but all in all, great for a nights sleep between exploring Portsmouth and probably nearly half the price of the hotels closer to the docks. Did a lot of walking everywhere and loved Portsmouth!
