"Quiet place to wind down after a long day of college prepping and searching for apartments for my daughter. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed some of the outside amenities. SUPER CUTE and cozy rooms! Will definitely be staying here again when I go back to visit her. "

"Nice updated hotel and we were able to walk to the Texas A&M campus. It was a bit far but doable. Wear good shoes but did not have to hassle with parking on the campus."

"Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could expect from a budget line hotel. Spongy waffles, pebble-like scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, a few cereals and watery coffee, but hey, it’s an included breakfast at a La Quinta not a pay per meal at a Westin."

"The building is old and the rooms are not updated. But the interior garden is beautiful and the BF is absolutely fabulous. Good value for the price. "
