"We booked this hotel for a quick stay after a long days bus ride. At time of booking a message was sent to management letting them know that our arrival to the hotel would be late as there was a lengthy bus ride and as the expedia app explained late check in was available as per availability whatever that means. The hotel responded a little later that late check in would not be possible and sorry for the inconvenience. Inconvenience? We were only a few hours from our destination at this point...

"This hotel is fabulous! The setting, the decor, the food, the wine.. the attention to detail. everything is beautiful. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and they greeted me with flowers and a cake! We will absolutely stay there afainand recommend to friends. Thanks to everyone there! "

"This hotel is located in a beautiful town in the mountains with an elevation of about 3500. The place is operated by a very nice couple. I stayed here with my wife and one of our sons. We really enjoyed the stay. There is a BBQ restaurant just across the street from the hotel. We had dinner there and loved it as well. "
