Convenient location to attend a concert at the Bardavon Theater. Very clean rooms with a small fridge and microwave. The TV was “glitchy” with signal freezing up intermittently. No bathroom extras other than shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel installed in the shower (that included a bathtub). Room clock was still set to standard time. Staff were very pleasant. It was nice to have half and half for coffee rather than the usual powdered coffee creamer. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of available breakfast on Sunday morning. If we had known ahead of time, it might have been a deal breaker. Parking was confusing and there was not enough room to park at the front door to check in. Desk staff (who were pleasant and helpful) directed us to the parking garage for free Hotel parking.

Very, very nice hotel. We were checked in quickly by a wonderful front desk crew, especially Henry. The hotel itself is spotless, parking is free, it's literally steps away from the convention center which was nice considering we were there when it was quite cold. The rooms were perfect and clean. The restautant was decent. Would definitley stay again!

We love everything about the DOUBLETREE BY Hilton in Poughkeepsie, NY. We have stayed here 3 times since September 2025. Unfortunatley our last visit wasn't as pleasant as our other visits. Specifically, there was a problem with the heat and hot water. A couple of hours after arriving, we noticed the room was getting warmer after adjusting the thermostat. My wife called the front desk, and maintenance was sent to the room immediately. We were told some adjustments were made, and the room should start to get warmer. In the meantime, we wanted to shower before our evening out, but it took a good 10 minutes for the water to get hot. It was the same for the water in the kitchen as we had a king suite. When we returned that evening, we were very disappointed that the room wasn't any warmer. The rest of our night, when we usually have the most fun, was uncomfortable until we got under the covers. We actually left a little earlier than we normally do the next morning and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the Market Bistro at the hotel.

Found some fake eyelashes in the bathroom stuck to the shower which was gross. The thermostat in the room did not work. When I called the front desk to let them know that the heat wouldn’t stop and the room was extremely hot, I was told they’d “call me right back.” Heard nothing for 30 minutes. Attempted to call back from the room phone and could not get through. Called from my cell and front desk answered immediately.
