I was initially charged the full amount, but thanks to the staff and Expedia, the issue was eventually resolved. I originally booked the room for two people, but due to a change of plans, our party increased to four. Despite the room being the same size as what is offered for two guests, the price increased by an additional $200. The space felt very cramped for four people. We stayed for four days and were looking forward to using the amenities, especially the pool, but it was closed the entire time. Because of this, I felt the hotel was a bit overrated compared to what was advertised and what we expected from our stay.

Every time I travel to NY I stay here. Never seems to let me down. Right in the middle of the mall with everything within walking distance. Originally from NY and this area, seems like NY is getting worse but NOT this hotel.

Overall, our stay was good. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The bartender was also great—very friendly, and the drinks were good. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the Bistro food. One thing to be aware of is that a security deposit is required upon arrival. I'm not sure if this was clearly mentioned when I booked, so it's worth knowing ahead of time. My biggest disappointment was that the hotel advertised an indoor pool and hot breakfast. However, there is **no pool at this hotel**, and there is **no complimentary breakfast**. Breakfast is available for purchase in the Bistro, but it is fairly pricey. The hotel across the parking lot (where I've stayed before) does have an indoor pool and complimentary hot breakfast. It appears that some of the amenities being advertised may actually belong to that neighboring hotel. I'm not sure where the confusion originates, but the amenities should be advertised more clearly. Thankfully, my kids weren't interested in swimming, so it wasn't a big issue for us. However, if you're booking specifically for an indoor pool to keep children entertained, this may not be the right hotel for your family. Overall, the staff and service were great, but the amenities advertised online did not match what was actually available at the hotel.
