Convenient and clean

The hotel is a convenient stop half way between Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. It is clean and next to a mall to have dinner. But there were problems with the room. The TV and air conditioner did not work.

Estive neste hotel por uma noite, o que foi mais que suficiente para não querer mais voltar. Parece que esse hotel foi um Ibis Style antes de assumir esse novo nome e talvez por esse motivo ele está tão desgastado. A estrutura é boa, mas o colchão é péssimo, já passou da hora de ser trocado, parece que se está deitado da madeira. A roupa de cama está tão desgastada que chega a ser transparente e as toalhas de banho não são diferentes. Se você estiver com um bebê, esqueça que não há berços para colocar no quarto, nem mesmo um colchão extra para colocar no chão. A equipe da recepção é cordial, mas nada prestativa. Precisa melhorar muito.

Hotel Golden é um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei! Sem dúvidas voltaria mais outras vezes. Ponto negativo que não tem a ver com o hotel, é que se vc precisar de uber ele não entra dentro do shopping! Principalmente a noite!
