The pool is a community pool, but the hotel has a section of reserved chairs for hotel guests. eBikes were included in the reservation so we biked for ~30 minutes to go down by the river and make it easier to get back up to the hotel. "Honestly, we expected the hotel to be good, but it actually surpassed our expectations in pretty much every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the minute we walked in the door, but never fussy. We were able to just switch off and relax, but there was always someone around when we needed them. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic and the wine from the vineyard was terrific. "The hotel was nothing short of beautiful.The receptionist was very accomidating, nice and helpfull. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel resturant, and on top of the tasty dinner with unique dishes of the area, staying at the hotel will earn you a 10 percent discount at the resturant. The river right next to the hotel was a great and fun place to hangout with family and their was a very easy access to it through the hotel. Would definently recomend a stay here."

"The rooms are in a modern build anex and are comfortable, clean and very pleasant. My room and many rooms have a small balcony, air conditioning and great space. We were able to park our motorbikes right next to reception, it felt safe. Breakfast was good and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance by the river ( I think it’s owned by the same people). Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet town but has a good supermarket. Overall this was a very nice stopover and I’d gladly stay here again. "
