"The hotel is ok. It is very clean, staff very friendly, but just did not feel safe. Lot of homeless grouped with dogs at night. At restaurants and all places we visited, told us it was very safe. Just did not feel comfortable to walk around. "

"With expedia gold i do have extended check out which was offered to me when checking in. So obviously from being out of town and our flight not being until 5pm, i said yes. Day comes to check out and at 12 the cleaning lady told me “i wasn’t aware you had extended check out” so i confirmed with the manager at the front and claimed it wasn’t on my reservation…. He ended up giving it to me after explaining the situation. But at 1pm i get a call from him rushing me out of my room saying “it’s past your check out time” I didn’t even want to argue anymore, I just left. "

"They don’t offer a breakfast bar. The coffee is the hotel lobby now, which is fine with us. We always pick the Paramount hotel."
