"THE WHOLE CLEANING STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED! If it was not for the great customer service by the front desk clerk,Chris , we would have left willingly , and they could have kept the money for that night and would have just chanced drive 5 hour home. He was super concerned and apologized several times. He provided clean sheets for us and bed linens. .We came to Macon to stay for one night visiting family. We first was given room 306 , and it had mold in the room, hair in the bathroom/floors, all windows in the entire building needs to be cleaned.. finger prints on every glass/window.. They gave us another room, and the sheets were severely stained. Now , i've stayed in plenty of hotels in my life , but i've never experienced this before. The location, to me, was a little sketchy! But the cost for the room was priced high , right at almost $200 per night and to have experience this. No ma'am!"
