"Extremely nice staff with a very nice big spacious clean room. The view from the terrace is lovely while you enjoy your breakfast. Lot of options to choose from in the breakfast buffet. They have a parking space for you as well, so nothing to worry about. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying at this place. "

The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and truly designed to help you switch off. "This is a 3 star property at most. Beautiful surroundings and nice beds. However, we started off on the wrong foot with the manager being fairly dismissive about us being unhappy with the room. There are to premium rooms that are amazing, those are the ones photographed and places on the website as the Deluxe option. We were given a room half the size with an AC unit beaming out hot air on a tiny balcony. Eventually, after us calmly explaining why the room wasn’t what we expected and didn’t feel safe with a crawling baby, the manager eventually gave in and moved us to the room pictured on the website. Later we found out that people who paid for superior were placed in the other deluxe with massive eterrace. Good for them, but strange why the manager was adamant we were in the right room from the start. Other staff lovely, gym room too hot but well equipped, not enough sunbeds but the lake is across the road. "
