Breakfasts were great. One wish is that there would have been a 24 hour lobby coffee bar to get early morning coffee (or a machine in the room). Staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating, but only available after 8am when the restaurant opened."

"This was a great choice for a stop-over on our travels from the ferry in Santander to our destination, near Obidos in Western Portugal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our stay, as well as being dog-friendly. The park opposite provided a convenient dog walking area. The evening set meal was served in the bar area, rather than the restaurant, which was fine. The food was good, and excellent value, and the house wine was delightful. In all, this was a perfect choice and we shall use this hotel on our return journeys."
