"They are pet tolerant at best, not very pet friendly so if you are booking a pet friendly hotel stay just figure out something else ahead of time. Staff was exceptionally rude!"

Stonebridge Hotel Dawson Creek
"We were woken up at 11PM with a chirping alarm due to low battery. No maintenance person on site. No other rooms available. Could not fix, we could not reach it. We were able to move rooms at 1AM. No show, maybe? Also the pool, water slide and hot tub are all out of order."

"Checked into a pet friendly room, carpet was disgusting, bedding was dirty, sink plumbing leaked and lock on the patio door was broken. Went to visit other family in another room with 9month old twins and had them laying on the bed when we noticed a thumb tack sticking out of the bedding right between ..."
